Automate the manual work that's slowing your business down.
Let's start with a call, you get a clear quote, and commit to one project at a time.
Software scoped to what you actually need
Workflow automation
Replace repetitive manual work in ops, support, reporting and data entry with reliable pipelines that run on their own.
System integrations
Connect the tools you already use, such as CRM, ERP, e-commerce, invoicing and spreadsheets, so data flows without copy-paste.
Senior developer, short term
A senior pair of hands for a stalled project, a code review, or a feature your team lacks time for. Weeks, not months.
AI feature prototyping
A working proof of concept in days, so the decision to invest is based on something real rather than a slide deck.
How a project runs
Free consultation
A free call to understand the problem and be honest about whether automation or AI is the right tool. If it isn't, I'll say so.
A fixed quote
A clear, scoped proposal with price and timeline before any commitment is made.
Short, focused delivery
Every project starts with a proof of concept, then builds from there. You see working software early.
Is this a good fit for you?
Short answers to what people usually ask before the first call. If your question isn't here, bring it to the call.
Who do you usually work with?
Small and medium-sized companies in Sweden. Often there's no in-house developer, or the one you have is fully booked. My contact is usually the owner or the person who runs day-to-day operations.
What kind of projects fit best?
One clear problem with a clear end. A report someone builds by hand every week, or orders copied from the web shop into the invoicing system. A feature your team never gets to. Most projects take two to six weeks and end with something that runs on its own.
Is AI the right solution for me?
It doesn't have to be. AI is just a tool, and often not the first one to reach for. Many problems that sound like AI problems are solved with a simple integration or a clear rule, which is cheaper and easier to trust. Where AI does help is with messy input: reading emails, sorting documents, drafting replies.
What do you not take on?
Large rebuilds of whole systems, long-term staffing, mobile apps for the app stores, and marketing websites. I also say no in cases with unclear requirements, those projects go badly no matter who builds them.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know how your business works. I take care of the technical side and explain things in plain language, so you can make decisions that don't require technical skills.
What does it cost?
Every project has a fixed price that we agree on before anything starts. The first call is free and the quote comes with no obligation. If the job is too small to be worth a project, I'll tell you and suggest a cheaper way.
What happens when the project is done?
You own everything I build, and you get a handover in plain language. Most things keep running without me. If you want, we can agree on a other arrangements.
